Billing details
Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew monthly. We email you 3 days before each charge.
Cancel any time
One click under Account settings → Subscription & payment. Service runs to the end of the current period rather than stopping immediately.
Refunds
Subscriptions are refunded for unused full periods. Credit packs are refunded for the unused portion only — credits already spent are not refundable.
Upgrades & downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
