1. Acceptance of these terms

Welcome to Nystrel (“the Service”). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not register for or use the Service.

2. Accounts and credits

• You must register with a valid email address, and you are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Credits may only be used within the Service on your own account. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or applied to any other purpose. On Team plans, the shared credit pool is managed by the team owner.
• Unused monthly quota does not carry over to the following month. Credits bought separately are exempt — see section 6.

3. Generated content and intellectual property

You hold the rights to use images you generate through the Service, for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions in sections 4 and 5. The Service itself — including its underlying technology, interface design and trademarks — remains the intellectual property of its operator.

4. Content you upload

• Anything you upload as a reference image must be material you have the legal right to use. It must not contain copyrighted works belonging to others, nor any person’s likeness used without their permission.
• If content you upload infringes a third party’s rights, you bear sole responsibility for the consequences; the Service accepts no joint liability.
• Where we identify infringing or non-compliant content, we may suspend the related generation task and retain evidence.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to generate or upload:

• Violent, sexual, or terrorism-related content
• Content that infringes another person’s likeness, privacy, or intellectual property rights
• Content intended for fraud, to mislead the public, or to manufacture false information
• Any other content that breaks the laws of your jurisdiction

If you breach the above, we may terminate your account immediately, without refunding remaining credits.

6. Plans, subscriptions and auto-renewal

• Plans are billed monthly and take effect as soon as payment succeeds. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and we email you 3 days before every charge.
• You can cancel at any time under Account settings → Subscription & payment, without contacting support. Cancelling stops further charges; the service stays available until the end of the current period, then reverts to Free.
• Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the remaining days. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
• Credits come in two kinds. Subscription credits granted monthly with your plan do not roll over and are cleared each month; top-up credits bought separately stay valid for 12 months from purchase and are not affected by the monthly reset. Generations draw from subscription credits first, then top-ups.
• Payment processing, invoicing and tax collection are handled by a third-party payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record for those transactions. You will need to accept its terms separately at checkout.
• The operator reserves the right to adjust plan pricing and credit quotas. Changes are announced in advance and do not affect a subscription period you have already paid for.

7. Refund policy

• Subscription refunds: refunded for complete billing periods not yet used. The period already under way is not refundable.
• Top-up credit refunds: only the unused portion is refunded. Credits already spent on generating images are not refundable.
• Once a refund completes, we reclaim the corresponding credits. If your remaining balance is not enough to cover the reclaim, the balance is set to zero — it never goes negative, and your free allowance is unaffected.
• If your account is terminated for a policy breach, remaining credits and subscription time are not refundable (see section 5).
• To request a refund, get in touch through the Help & feedback page. We will handle it within a reasonable time of receiving your request.

8. Termination

You may request account deletion at any time under Account settings. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service if you breach these terms. Once an account is deleted, its creation history, credits and plan benefits are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

9. Disclaimer

Content produced by the Service is generated by AI models. We make no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of any result. Any dispute arising from your use of generated content is your own responsibility.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continuing to use the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
