Privacy Policy
1. What we collect

2. How we use it
- To provide, maintain and improve the image generation and credit services
- To process plan upgrade requests, credit grants and credit usage records
- To send you service notices about generation results, credit changes and review outcomes (non-essential notices can be turned off under Account settings → Notifications)
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse
3. Images you upload and generate
Reference images you upload are used only for the corresponding generation task. They are not used to train our own models unless we obtain your explicit consent separately. Generated results are kept in your creation history so you can revisit them and continue refining later; you can delete any conversation and its full history at any time.
5. Payment information
We do not collect or store your card number, CVV or other payment credentials. The whole payment flow happens on the payment provider’s own pages; we only see the outcome and the limited details needed for reconciliation.
- We give the payment provider: your email, the order amount and product identifier, and location information used to calculate tax
- The payment provider returns to us: transaction status, order number, the brand and last four digits of the payment method, and the invoice number
- That provider is the merchant of record for those transactions, handles your information under its own privacy policy, and may be located outside mainland China
- We retain transaction records to meet financial and tax compliance obligations. The retention period follows applicable law, so some records may be kept even after you delete your account
6. Storage and security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted password storage and encrypted transmission (HTTPS). Please note, however, that no method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your rights
- View and correct your account details (on the Account settings page)
- Delete your creation history and reference images
- Export your credit activity records
- Delete your account, at which point your personal information is removed or anonymised (except where the law requires retention)
9. Children’s privacy
This Service is not intended for children under 14. If we find that we have collected a child’s personal information without guardian consent, we will delete the data as quickly as possible.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice.
